HFT Systems Engineer
Job description
We’re looking for a systems engineer who thrives at the intersection of performance, networking, and real-time trading. Someone who loves low-level optimization, tuning for microseconds, and building ultra-reliable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage live trading systems across multiple exchanges (CEX & DEX)
- Support strategy execution and performance tuning with real-time inputs
- Identify and resolve network or system bottlenecks under pressure
- Analyze trade data, strategy outputs, and performance metrics
- Reduce latency across the entire stack through benchmarking and kernel-level tweaks
- Own system-level configuration, automation, and monitoring pipelines
- Work closely with developers and infra engineers to push the limits of speed and stability
We would like to meet you, if you
- Would like to take full ownership of the systems you run
- Are excited to work in a deeply technical environment where performance matters
- Have experience with low-level Linux tuning (IRQ affinity, kernel bypass, TCP/UDP)
- Have strong working knowledge of networking protocols and system internals
- Know how to code in Python, C++, or Rust – whether professionally or through your own projects
- Have touched AWS or other cloud platforms and understand their limits for HFT
- Are curious about high-frequency and algorithmic trading
- Are comfortable working beyond a standard 9-to-5 when needed
- Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
