Trading Operations Analyst
Job description
We are on the hunt for a trading operations analyst who is passionate about trading, technology, and blockchain. Someone who would enjoy diving deep into the mechanics of a system, uncovering the intricacies of the decentralized world, and not shy away from a challenge.
Responsibilities
- Monitor positions and exposure, collaborating with developers to optimize trading strategies and parameters according to market conditions.
- Oversee trading operations, build performance metrics, make data-driven decisions, and create reports to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot trading systems, provide swift responses to production issues to minimize downtime, and escalate issues internally or to third parties as needed.
- Implement data-related business checks and scripts based on the needs of functional departments and traders.
- Perform ad-hoc SQL reporting, data analysis, and develop scripts in Python and Bash.
- Reconcile trades, resolve position breaks, and address balance discrepancies.
- Configure and maintain the trading system architecture.
- Address anomalies or bugs reported by team members.
